Paul owner gave me a quote for $100 to clean gutters and install owner provided gutter guards. After job finished Paul wanted
$30 more which I paid. I asked him to come back to install a 12" pc of gutter guard that was left to complete the job. I called twice. However no answer and he did not show up to finish the job. My bad for trusting the guy and paying the $20 .
