On Sept 2 2022 I arrived at the hospital for lab work, I went early 6:45 am as I knew they would be busy. There were two people working on the desk as you came through the main door giving masks. I took my mask and went and stood in the lineup 11 people all sitting down. The guy at the desk pointed and said there are chairs over there, the chairs were stacked and heavy. The guy just sat there and watched me struggle to get a chair down. I am 83 years old and you would have thought that he would get off his rear and help but oh no. I know there is a shortage of staff but you don't need a degree to hand out masks and tell people to sanitize their hands. I think he needs a lesson on how to help the elderly.
