They seem chronically understaffed and when you call the call center, it just says to please call back due to high call volume. I tried to access my results online, but I need a visit number, which no one told me when I was there and the number is not written on the receipt I got for paying for the test. I feel like we've been "in covid times" for almost a year and most places have figured out a better system by now. Hire more staff! For your labs and for the call center. The staff I did meet in coutenay were clearly overworked, one had tears in her eyes from being yelled at by another patient. They did the best they could under the circumstances.
